You find out about outages from your customers
We put monitoring in place (availability, certificates, backups, forms), and the day something breaks, someone knows before your customers do.
What’s probably happening
Nobody is watching. The site can go down on a Friday evening and stay down all weekend; a certificate can expire and show a security warning to every visitor; a contact form can stop sending with nothing to flag it: weeks of enquiries lost, in silence. What these outages have in common: none is serious if it’s seen within the hour, and all become serious when a customer finds them.
What we do
We start by taking stock, even if we built none of it: what’s in service, what worries you, what you want covered, and we say what we take charge of and what we don’t. Then we put the monitoring in place: availability, performance, certificates, domain expiry dates, backups, which we check actually restore, because a backup never tested isn’t a backup.
What you get
Alerts that arrive before the customer calls, a dashboard available at any time, and a periodic written review: what has been done, what’s coming, what should be decided. What follows comes as a monthly subscription, chosen and cancellable, never a condition.
What comes next, if you want it
The work described here stands on its own, with no commitment to what follows. The topic below covers it, and the rest if you decide to.
Tell us about your project, or your problem.
Describe your situation in a few lines, however it comes to you. You get a first reading in writing: what we understand, what we would do, where to start. Not an automatic acknowledgement, and no sales follow-up: an answer you can use, even if it stops there.
