Privacy

This page is short because there's not much to declare. It can be checked: open your browser inspector and look at the requests.

What this site doesn’t do

  • No cookies. Not technical, not analytics, not advertising. That’s why no consent banner appears: there’s nothing to consent to.
  • No third-party service. The fonts, the images, the styles, the film on the home page and the little script the site carries are all served from our own hosting. Audience measurement included: it runs on a.z29k.fr, a machine that belongs to us. No browsing data goes to anyone else.
  • No identifier, no profile. We don’t know who you’re, we don’t recognise you from one visit to the next, and we don’t follow you from one site to another.

What we measure, and how

We count visits with Plausible, an open-source audience measurement tool that we installed on our own hosting. It records the page viewed, the site you came from, the type of device and the country. Nothing else.

  • No cookie, no fingerprint. Plausible writes nothing on your device and reads nothing of what’s on it. That’s what lets us do without a banner.
  • No IP address kept. It’s used to infer the country, then it’s discarded. It’s stored nowhere.
  • Aggregated figures. We know a page has been seen a hundred times. We don’t know by whom, nor what the same person read next.
  • Where: on our hosting, at Scaleway, in the European Union, in the same place as the site.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful, without which we would be writing blind.

This measurement was added on 7 September 2026. Before it, this page announced that no measurement would be added in silence: this is that announcement being kept.

What your message sends us

Contact is by email, at contact@z29k.com. We receive what you choose to send: your address, your name if it appears, and the content of your message. That information is used only to answer you and to prepare the conversation. It’s neither resold, nor used for prospecting, nor passed to a partner without your explicit agreement.

  • Legal basis: your request, that is, steps taken prior to entering a contract.
  • Recipient: Z29K only.
  • Processor touching this data: Microsoft, which hosts our email in the European Union. The site’s host, Scaleway, doesn’t see your messages.
  • Retention period: three years after our last exchange, then deletion.
  • Location: European Union.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection over the data concerning you. Write to contact@z29k.com: we answer within one month at the latest.

In case of disagreement, you can refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Tell us about your project, or your problem.

Describe your situation in a few lines, however it comes to you. You get a first reading in writing: what we understand, what we would do, where to start. Not an automatic acknowledgement, and no sales follow-up: an answer you can use, even if it stops there.
