Execution

Execution builds: the invisible foundations, the interfaces your customers see, the automations that remove work done by hand. Delivered, documented, in your name.

When people call us

  • You're starting a business: you need a domain name, an email system and a first site.
  • Your site no longer looks like what your company has become, and a rebuild is due.
  • You want to sell online, and nothing is in place yet to take an order.
  • "Three people retype the same data by hand."
  • A written brief is ready: all that's left is to build.
  • Work started by others has stalled half-finished, and it has to be finished.

What we do

The foundations

Domain names. Registration, transfer, consolidation of a scattered estate, ownership in the company name. DNS configuration, the directory that tells the internet where to find your site and your email.

Professional email. Setting up or migrating without losing a message. Deliverability, meaning the fact that your messages actually land in your customers’ inboxes: SPF, DKIM and DMARC are the three records that prove to receiving servers that the message really comes from you.

Hosting and tools. Choice and sizing according to the real need, migration without interruption, certificates, backups with a restore plan. European hosting by default. Collaboration suite: deployment, access rights, data migration. ERP (the software that runs your operations: sales, stock, invoicing) and business tools: integration and connection with the rest of the system.

What your customers see

Website. Creation or rebuild: brochure site, corporate site, business platform; picking up what exists, content migration, redirects, continuity of search visibility. E-commerce: shop, catalogue, checkout, payment, connection to stock. Adding features to an existing site: customer area, booking, business forms.

Interface design. We put your brand on screen, we don’t invent one: applying your guidelines to the screen, design system, mockups and prototypes before committing.

Search visibility. Technical SEO: structure, speed, markup, indexability. AEO, meaning being found and quoted by AI assistants rather than only by search engines.

What does the work for you

Connections between tools: website, ERP, CRM (the system that tracks your customer relationships), accounting, email. Automated workflows: quotes, follow-ups, reports, alerts. Document processing: extraction, filing, generation. Internal assistants and agents built on your data. Here, AI is no longer only our production tool: it becomes what’s delivered, and the real gain is measured before automating, because some tasks are not worth it.

Examples of deliverables

  • Domain names consolidated and email in service, every account in your company name.
  • Hosting in place, with certificates, backups and a restore plan.
  • A site online, with its design system: the components and rules of use that keep what follows consistent.
  • A shop ready to sell: catalogue, payment, connection to stock and logistics.
  • An automation in production, monitored, with an estimate of the time recovered.
  • Infrastructure documentation and an inventory of access: enough to take the system over without us.
  • A handover guide, a performance and accessibility report, given at delivery.

Questions

How long does a website take with you?

Faster than you’re used to. A brochure site is counted in weeks. A full rebuild too, most of the time.

The limiting factor is almost always the availability of decisions and content on your side, not the production.

Will we be able to edit the site ourselves after delivery?

Yes, and it’s planned from the design stage. You decide what you want to be able to change, and we build accordingly.

Who will actually build the site: you, or someone else?

The same person you’re talking to now.

This is the question to ask every time, including our competitors: in many firms the person who sells isn’t the person who produces, and you will never meet the second.

You automate with AI: why does the price not come down?

The gain shows up in time and in scope, not in a discount. You get it sooner, and wider, for a given budget.

The time we no longer spend on the mechanical part, we spend on scoping and on quality: that is where a project is won or lost.

You show no site that you have built?

We have them, and we’re happy to talk about them in a meeting: what we did, in what context, with what result, within the limits of what discretion owes our clients. What we don’t do is publish them, or pass on their contact details.

A company name tied to its host, its content management system and its tools is usable information for someone preparing an attack, and we don’t want to expose our clients to advertise ourselves. That’s one selling point fewer, and we accept it. Put the question to your other candidates: ask them what they would publish about you.

If AI does the work, is what you deliver not generic?

AI produces generic output when nobody tells it what to do. Our work is precisely there: the scoping, the specifications, the trade-offs, the review.

What you buy is the rightness of what’s built, not the lines of code.

A website, an automation: how do you price that?

It depends on what you want to achieve, and that’s exactly the first thing we talk about. We talk, we scope, and you leave with an estimate that binds us, not an order of magnitude that will move three times.

What we can say straight away: we’re not the cheapest option, and that’s not what we’re trying to be.

We only have an email problem. Do you take that kind of work?

Yes, and it’s in fact the most frequent case. A fix, a migration, an audit, a feature: we take it.

The whole chain is what we can do, not what we require. The only difference with someone who would do nothing else is that we will tell you if the problem you report comes from elsewhere.

Tell us about your project, or your problem.

Describe your situation in a few lines, however it comes to you. You get a first reading in writing: what we understand, what we would do, where to start. Not an automatic acknowledgement, and no sales follow-up: an answer you can use, even if it stops there.
