You're paying for subscriptions nobody can account for

An inventory, with figures: what's used, what's dormant, what overlaps, and what each line costs per year. After that, you decide with the full picture.

What’s probably happening

The tools have stacked up: each was taken out for a good reason, by someone, at some point. Then the reasons changed, and so did the people, and the direct debits stayed. Nobody dares cancel, because nobody knows what would break. Added up, those lines often make a monthly budget whose total surprises everyone.

What we do

We take inventory: every subscription, what it does, who actually uses it, what it costs per year, and what depends on it, the point that stops anyone cancelling blind. Then we sort: keep, cancel, consolidate, replace with something you already pay for elsewhere. For sensitive cancellations we check the dependencies before cutting: a “useless” subscription sometimes hides the renewal of a domain.

What you get

A costed inventory you can actually read, the list of risk-free cancellations with the savings beside them, and a simple rule for the future: no more tools taken out without knowing who uses them and what they replace. Carrying out the changes can follow, if you decide to.

What comes next, if you want it

The work described here stands on its own, with no commitment to what follows. The area below covers it, and the rest if you decide to.

Describe your situation in a few lines, however it comes to you. You get our first take, in writing: what we understand, what we would do, where to start. Not an automatic acknowledgement, and no sales follow-up: an answer you can use, even if it stops there.
